Worry / Anxiety and Phobias

Worrying is feeling uneasy or being overly concerned about a situation or problem. With excessive worrying, your mind and body go into overdrive as you constantly focus on "what might happen." When we worry, it’s usually about the events that may occur in the future. Thinking about the future we often do not live in the present. This is because our mind is 'programmed' to think about the future more than the present. It sounds very simple but it is the most difficult and important things to do i.e. to 'Live in the Present'

In the midst of excessive worrying, one may suffer from high anxiety, stress, and panic - during waking hours. Many chronic worriers tell of feeling a sense of impending doom or unrealistic fears that only increase their worries and these often also turn into 'Phobias'. Ultra-sensitive to their environment and to the criticism of others, excessive worriers may see anything or anyone as a potential threat. This can lead to various physical health issues. We at TAP focus on mental and physical wellbeing through positive conversations and distressing tools. Our aim is to address the worries before they convert into anxiety or phobia and hence we work with you to ‘prevent’ and mental health conditions that you might be vulnerable towards in the future.

Quantum Healing

Quantum healing is a powerful scientific technique used to treat and support all illnesses, emotions, and complaints with success. When used in conjunction with

other forms of healing, it can amplify the results and enhance the effects of the other healing techniques. Perhaps what is most important is the way it TAPs into your natural potential. Quantum healing uses your body’s own energy force and ability to heal itself. It is truly remarkable to think that our bodies have what they need to heal and survive. They have what they need to achieve a natural state of optimal health.

Quantum healing simply aids this process by amplifying the life force that is already in our bodies.

Just as importantly, it can help enhance our natural desire to help others and empower us to be vehicles of positive change and healing for those around us.
